We had the pleasure of photographing our first Perfect little wedding on August 7th for these lovely ladies, Glenna & Timi. The two were staying at the picturesque Willows Lodge & Spa in Woodinville, WA adorned with gardens and wood/tree themed decor.
While Glenna & Timi were getting ready we took their rings to the gardens for a few photos. I don’t know what kind of flower this is but the color was perfect!! Inside their rings we found a cute engraved “Perfect” with their initials. With the perfect weather, perfect location and perfect rings we had a hunch that this wedding was going to be special… especially since there were absolutely no guests and I got to be a witness for the very first time ever!
Even Mt. Rainier was majestically peeking out above the trees, something not to be missed once the brides were ready for photos. We snuck across the street for just a few minutes.
They hardly took their eyes off each other. Being the only 2 in their wedding it was very intimate and in the moment, love was in the air.
Timi & Glenna had a romantic and very thoughtful ceremony just for the two of them performed by Seattle Wedding Officiant Annemarie Juhlian – in this photo Glenna was signing (American Sign Language) CHERISH, part of her vows to Timi. There were tears all around as it was a very happy occasion.
Every moment was meaningful, it was as if nobody but the two of them were there in that moment, happily ready to share forever.
After vows & rings a sand ceremony was the final piece to a perfect little ceremony.
…THEY’RE MARRIED!!! YESSSSSS!!!! Happy tears turned to happy giggles of joy.
These two are most definitely a perfect fit. Congratulations Glenna & Timi!! We are so proud to be your photographers and we hope that one day we will get to visit you in Oklahoma!
“Suddenly, quietly, you realize that – from this moment forth – you will no longer walk through this life alone. Like a new sun this awareness arises within you, freeing you from fear, opening your life. It is the beginning of love, and the end of all that came before.”
